“Tamna The Island” or “Tamna Is The Island” is a new drama show on MBC which will be seen on August 8, 2009. It is also known as “Shipwrecked” and “Tempted Again.” It will replace “Cheer Up On Love“/”Job Well Done” every Saturday and Sunday at 7:55 pm. This is because the writer of “Cheer Up On Love“/”Job Well Done“, Park Ji-hyun, has health related problems so that’s why the original plan of 50 episodes were shortened and the last episode will be on August 2.
“Tamna The Island” is a 17th century historical romance of a girl diver in Tamna (Tamna Island is now known as “Jeju Island“) named “Jang Beo Jin” and an aristocrat castaway British native named “William Spencer.”

this is such a great drama…full of well developed characters, plot, setting, and action. i absolutely love it!!!!!
well..this drama is pretty cool..quite unique from other K-dramas actually.! can’t think why koreans dun like this drama..it would be so nice if they didn’t cut the episode 20 to 16..grrr..! reali want park kyu and beojin to end up together..~!! =) this drama rox.! heart-breaking-ly recommended~ a must to watch..=)>
