It is an adaptation of Child’s book entitled “My Life in France” and Powell’s “Julie and Julia: 365 Days, 524 Recipes, 1 Tiny Apartment Kitchen.” Julia Carolyn McWilliams or Julia Child is an American chef who created influential television cooking show known as “The French Chef.” She introduced to the American viewers the taste of French cuisine. While, Julie Powell is Child’s follower who have a famous cooking blog called “Julie/Julia Project” which narrates her attempts in cooking all the cuisine listed in Child’s “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” book.
