TEAM CHALLENGE: Clean the Shrimps

G. Ramsay showed to them how to clean a shrimp. They need to clean the shrimps in 10 minutes. The team will be given one point for every perfectly clean shrimp. They thought it was a lot easier but it seems not. Tenille just got 1 approved shrimp. And it was so pathetic. G. Ramsay couldn’t believe that she only got 1 perfectly clean shrimp in 10 minutes. It’s a tough battle and the challenge ended in 43-44 score.

Since the blue team won the “Shrimp” challenge they will dine at the Cannery Row restaurant in Newport Beach, California. They will have their dessert on Chef Ramsay’s yacht. But the red team was left in HK to prepare shrimp and lemon wedges for the service.

SERVING CHALLENGE: Van was chosen on the tableside campi for the blue team while Tenille on the red team. Van should coordinate with Jim and Tony while Tenille to coordinate with Suzanne and Robert. At first Tony was being scolded because of the fruit which is not yet done and scallop cooking. On the other side, G. Ramsay noticed that the flame is not on. Lovely thought it was on and she even pointed to Tek and said that Tek told her that it was on. Tony went outside and told Tony that the scallop is not yet ready and Van shouted at him. “Come on, your cool Van but your in the restaurant you should not shout in front of your customers.“

It’s not yet over. JP wanted to talk with Van but Van doesn’t want to listen at him. Van served the dish to the wrong customer and G. Ramsay called him and told him that his serving the wrong customer. Van was also running to the kitchen and JP noticed him. JP told him that he should not run in a restaurant. But Van’s ears are closed. Van also messed up in front of his customer when the shrimps and the other dish fell on the floor. Meanwhile, one of the customer told Tenille that the shrimp is rough and it seems uncooked so she went back to the kitchen and redo the dish. She served raw shrimp to a pregnant woman. Of course, G. Ramsay was so upset. Going back to Van, JP now shouted at him and told him to listen at him but Van didn’t want to and it started a fight. G. Ramsay noticed it and he talked to both of them. Now that they were back, the red team is being left behind. Andy accidentally cut the chicken and G. Ramsay told him that it wasn’t a chicken nugget. G. Ramsay went to the red tea’s kitchen and asked for the chicken. Suzanne told Sabrina that the chicken is still raw but she did not listen. G. Ramsay inspected the chicken and he threw it for it is raw. Tony tried his best in his fish but G. Ramsay still not satisfied. Kevin take over but it is still raw. G. Ramsay made a decision and what they are going to do is to serve shrimp cocktail to all the customers and they’ll closed the HK. There’s no winning team so both teams should choose two members of the group for the elimination.

NOMINATED FOR ELIMINATION: Blue Team: Andy and Tony | Red Team: Tenille and Lovely

Ooops, take it easy it’s not yet over. When Joseph was asked for the first nominee and the reason why, he didn’t answer it straight. He can’t choose. G. Ramsay asked it again and Joseph told him it was Tony and Andy without giving him the reason. He disrespect G. Ramsay and his co-cheftestant was telling him to cool down but Joseph is a hot-headed one and he threw his jacket in front of G. Ramsay. He crosses the line, delaying the elimination and you should watch Hell’s Kitchen Season 6 Episode 3 next week to know what happened.
